We have been successfully supporting our participants to achieve their goal of living well with a disability. We make sure that our participants have the right to be safe and to receive quality services from us.

Consistency and continuity

 Our aim is to provide consistent, quality support to our participants to build trust and rapport. We try our best to deliver consistent support to maintain the continuity of the supports for NDIA participants. We have a huge team of support workers so we can send a replacement staff whenever required to avoid any disruption of services. 

Qualified & Experienced Staff

All our staff members have experience in supporting children, adolescents, Adults, and elderly people with various disabilities. Also our Staff is required to have minimum qualification of Cert 3 or above in Individual support, Disability Support, Community Services, aged care or relevant discipline. All our team members have mandatory checks such as NDIS worker screening, Working With Children Check, Police Clearance etc.
